Job summary

CMC Hotels, a Raleigh, North Carolina based company, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of Guest Service professionals as a Full Time Night Auditor. We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package for our team.

Responsibilities include guest check-in and check-out, end-of-day balancing, interfacing with the previous shift, processing payments, entering reservations in PMS, and providing superior service while ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be self motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus.
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Entering/changing reservation information on PMS.
• Processing payments from guests.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database.
