• Knowledge of basic computer operations (Internet Explorer, Windows).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure.
• Provide courteous guest services by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate delivery of guest services with hotel departments and vendors.
• Process reservations and cancellations via mail, phone, fax, or in person.
• Assist in maximizing room revenue through suggestive selling.
• Handle department cash, receipts, and guest accounts; operate cash register.
• Maintain front desk and back office cleanliness and organization.
• Perform clerical duties including mail, photocopying, and bookkeeping.
• Assist other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
