Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Night Auditor for Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim to ensure a smooth guest experience and accurate financial reporting. The role involves front desk support, daily reconciliations, and coordination with various hotel departments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn hotel software quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, check them in and provide information for a pleasant stay.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Verify that all end-of-day work is completed by other departments.
• Schedule wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
• Answer phones and place reservations.
