Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant Helper to support daily housekeeping operations. You will prepare guest rooms, handle linens, distribute supplies, and assist Room Attendants while delivering friendly guest service.

This is a physically active role requiring the ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift. No prior experience is required, but reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience or training required.
• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or physically demanding work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned guest rooms for servicing; strip beds, remove linens, collect trash.
• Distribute clean linens, towels, and amenities to room attendants and storage areas.
• Assist with room preparation and daily housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and service corridors.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain safety procedures.
