Job summary

LodgeWorks is actively hiring for a Night Auditor. The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all night audit checklist work and reports, delivering and exceeding guest expectations while ensuring accuracy in nightly posting and reporting.

The role involves greeting guests, handling registrations, posting revenues, balancing ledgers, and producing required reports for corporate. A hospitality background and reliable overnight availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of related hospitality or service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out in a confident, professional manner.
• Post revenues to the correct department and balance guest ledger daily.
• Prepare and disposition night audit checklist work and reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Submit reports to corporate in a timely manner.
