Job summary

LodgeWorks is actively hiring for a Night Auditor to ensure accurate nightly postings and exceptional guest service across our hotel portfolio. The role involves checking guests in and out, logging and reporting nightly activity, and maintaining accounting accuracy.

The Night Auditor will balance ledgers, handle payments, and respond promptly to guest questions while adhering to brand standards and security procedures, supporting a smooth overnight operation.

Qualifications

• Six months' related hospitality or service experience is a plus.
• Eager to be part of a great work culture and team.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a confident, professional manner.
• Welcome and register guests, explain accommodations and payment.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages and local area.
• Balance guest ledger daily and complete reports.
• Provide courteous, timely responses to guest comments and concerns.
• Follow accounting, cash handling and tax-exempt procedures.
