Residence Inn Palo Alto Los Altos is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise overnight operations and ensure all daily transactions are reconciled, delivering a smooth guest experience.

This role requires overnight availability, weekend and holiday work, and strong customer service skills. The position offers a benefits package including insurance options and a 401(k) plan, with daily pay available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift is ideal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• This job requires you to stand for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
