Evolution Hospitality is hiring a part-time Night Auditor at Corporate Inn Sunnyvale, CA. You will manage overnight front desk tasks, balance daily transactions, and assist guests during the night shift.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, at least 1 year in hospitality, and is comfortable with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word. This role offers in-person interviews at our Sunnyvale location and a collaborative overnight team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) with warmth and efficiency.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to manage records.
