Job summary

Flow Brickell is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk/ Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations from 11 pm to 7 am. The role involves greeting guests, providing administrative support, and balancing daily transactions while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with Windows OS. Onsite requirement applies, with opportunities to contribute to community engagement and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily financial records and perform routine postings.
• Verify figures and postings for accuracy.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner.
• Enforce hotel policies and safety standards.
• Complete end-of-day processes including cashiering.
• Manage Front Office computer systems and guest requests.
• Maintain logs and documentation.
• Adhere to house rules and procedures.
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Flash Report.
• Assist manager with any additional duties as needed.
