Qualifications

• Customer service experience; hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.
• Professional communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Dependable, calm, and guest‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist late‑arriving guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and inquiries.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the night.
• Perform light housekeeping or basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment.
