Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s AC Hotel San Diego Downtown Gaslamp Quarter is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The overnight shift requires accuracy in nightly financials and a friendly, guest‑centered approach.

You will verify and balance transactions, generate daily reports, and support other departments as needed while delivering warm, professional service. Marriott systems experience and the ability to work independently are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Front Desk or hospitality experience.
• Experience with Marriott systems (FOSSE, GXP) preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight shift with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct nightly audit and balance Front Office transactions.
• Audit room revenue, food & beverage revenue, guest accounts, and cash receipts.
• Post room charges, payments and adjustments accurately; reconcile discrepancies.
• Generate and distribute daily management, accounting and operational reports.
• Support other hotel departments during overnight operations as needed.
