Job summary

AC Hotel San Diego Downtown Gaslamp Quarter, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a dependable Night Auditor. You will ensure accurate nightly financials, balance transactions, and deliver guest-focused service overnight.

This role suits someone who works well independently and values accuracy in a fast-paced hotel setting. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in front desk or night audit, familiarity with Marriott systems, and a professional, punctual approach.

Qualifications

• One or more years of Front Desk, Guest Services, or hospitality experience.
• Previous Night Audit experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Marriott systems, including FOSSE, GXP, or similar hotel property management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nightly audit and close out the day's business in accordance with Marriott and company standards.
• Verify and balance all Front Office transactions.
• Audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, guest accounts, and cash receipts.
• Reconcile cashier reports and investigate any discrepancies.
• Post room charges, payments, and adjustments accurately.
• Generate and distribute daily management, accounting, and operational reports.
• Prepare financial documentation for the Accounting Department.
• Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
