Home2 Amherst Night Auditor is responsible for warmly greeting guests and managing night operations to ensure a smooth stay. You will oversee check-in/out, handle guest requests, and maintain accurate nightly records while upholding our service culture.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of property management systems, with open availability on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills required.
• Advanced knowledge of property management software systems.
• Working knowledge of switchboard and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handles prompt and courteous check-in and checkout.
• Provides gracious telephone service for PBX calls.
• Assists guests with services, queries, and requests.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B for guest services.
• Maintains shift log and balances charges nightly.
• Delivers wake-up calls and guest items as needed.
