The LINE Hotels in Austin, TX is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, process check-ins/outs, balance the shift, and maintain accurate records while delivering thoughtful hospitality.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred; a $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Three years related hospitality or service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Collaborative spirit and a team-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ethical conduct and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS expected.
• Positive attitude and guest-centric approach.
• Attention to detail in balancing accounts and records.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact.
• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; accommodate requests; resolve complaints.
• Check in guests, ensure correct room type and rate are charged.
• Settle guest bills accurately and balance the assigned bank.
• Reconcile all transactions at shift close and maintain accuracy.
• Create a friendly, comfortable atmosphere with gracious hospitality.
• Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations when needed.
• Handle inquiries promptly and direct to appropriate departments.
• Understand fire/safety procedures and assist in emergencies.
• Participate in scheduled departmental and relevant meetings.
