Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a Night Auditor for the Fairfield Inn Austin South in south Austin. You will manage overnight front desk duties, balance transactions, and prepare daily management reports to ensure a smooth night shift.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1 year in hospitality, and proficiency with Windows, Excel, and Word. Supervisory experience is a plus and benefits are offered.

• 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM).
• Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is correct.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and sound.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work with other departments to keep operations smooth overnight.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and Word docs; solve problems solo.
