Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred but training available.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service.
• Sharp attention to detail to ensure balanced reports and accurate folios.
• Outgoing, positive personality with adaptability for overnight shifts.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently overnight.
• Physical ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods; available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out and special requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at night, including cash handling.
• Follow hotel accounting procedures with standard brand compliance.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries for management.
• Explain standard hotel reports and guest folios to guests and staff.
• Ensure guest information remains secure and confidential.
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
