Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to manage desk operations from 11:00pm to 7:00am and support guest services. The role requires prior front desk experience, strong English, solid computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities include verifying reservations, handling guest transactions, producing nightly reports, and assisting guests with services while maintaining security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Front Desk Experience.
• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Solid computer skills to include core Microsoft applications.
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and checkouts efficiently and professionally.
• Organize shift and review remaining reservations that are to arrive.
• Verify GTD no-shows and complete walked guest report and file for supervisor.
• Assist guests with general services and directions.
• Ensure PMS backups nightly and secure storage.
• Ensure wake up calls are handled promptly.
• Prepare security and incident reports for supervisor.
• Process charges and invoices via PMS, and manage daily revenue reports.
• Prepare housekeeping status and room reports for the team.
• Report any unusual conditions to the supervisor and hotel management.
• Complete lobby duties and restock market as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
