Job summary

Innisfree Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor at Hilton Pensacola Beach to ensure accurate front office accounting, summarize daily activity, and monitor room revenue and occupancy. The role posts charges, taxes, and guest payments, validating postings and maintaining financial records for the day.

You will process check-ins/outs, assist guests, and run end-of-day procedures in the PMS, while upholding hotel policies and a service-oriented demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, or scheduled form.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English to communicate with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
• Ability to work with computers and multi-task efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs; post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Track room revenues, occupancy and other front office statistics.
• Prepare summaries of cash, check and credit card activities.
• Run end-of-day procedures in the property management software (PMS).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to hotel policies.
