Job summary

ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Night Audit to verify front desk records, post charges, and prepare daily financial summaries for the Santa Rosa Beach property. The role balances daily transactions and runs end-of-day processes in the PMS while maintaining guest service during overnight hours.

The candidate will ensure accuracy of room charges, taxes, and postings, while responding to guest requests and supporting front desk operations as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Process guest charges, vouchers, and credit card vouchers.
• Verify postings and balances; ensure accuracy.
• Run end-of-day in PMS and summarize financial results.
• Respond to guest needs and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain emergency procedures and handle bookings with discretion.
