Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience; High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combo.
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Availability to work an overnight schedule.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer telephone and post charges, compute bills, collect payment.
• Make reservations and monitor room availability.
• Block rooms and program wake-up calls.
• Handle guest mail and messages.
• Close shifts and process daily reports.
• Balance PMS with reservations system and provide local area information.
