Job summary

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Night Auditor/Overnight Front Desk Clerk. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, efficient front-desk operations, and accurate daily reporting.

You will greet guests, handle registrations and checkouts, manage charges, and ensure balance between the PMS and reservations while providing information about services and local area. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and manage reservations.

• Monitor room availability and block rooms as needed.
• Manage wake-up calls, mail, and messages.
• Process credits and transactions; balance the PMS with reservations.
• Prepare daily reports and end-of-day procedures.
• Provide information on hotel services and local area.
