• Ability to operate computer systems and retrieve information.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports/journals.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Input and retrieve guest information, assign rooms, and code keys.
• Process payments and post charges to guest accounts.
