DoubleTree by Hilton Anaheim Convention Center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor in Anaheim, CA. The role combines guest services with nightly audit responsibilities across five shifts weekly, including two overnights and three day shifts.

Weekends and holidays are required as hotels operate daily. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, posting charges, balancing accounts, and coordinating with housekeeping and engineering.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Night audit experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance accounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assist guests at the front desk.
• Perform nightly audit and balance day's transactions.
• Answer inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with staff.
• Maintain security, process payments, and ensure room readiness.
