Qualifications

• One year hotel front office/accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly audit routine and reconcile daily front desk work.
• Run trial balance to post rooms and close the day.
• Provide daily reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive Office.
• Address guest complaints and ensure issues are resolved with proper departments.
• Walk the building perimeter to ensure doors are secured per schedule.
