Job summary

Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a part-time Guest Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during the night shift, acting as Manager on Duty and ensuring smooth check-ins/check-outs. You will support guest requests, handle cash and reservations, and promote hotel services while maintaining security and excellent service standards.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience, strong reliability, and the ability to work varied hours including holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• Experience in accounting preferred.
• Professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality expected.
• Ability to stand long hours and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect privacy, and accommodate requests.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Encourage repeat bookings and future reservations.
• Monitor credit card validity and balance cash transactions at shift end.
• Operate PMS and maintain accurate records; balance logs.
