Axiom Hotel in San Francisco is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. You will handle check-in/out, cash handling, and concierge tasks while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant Union Square setting.

Earn $28.00-$29.00 hourly, on-site. This role requires strong customer service, tech comfort, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a professional, courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in customer/guest service.
• Computer literate; knowledge of Google Workspace preferred.
• Tech-savvy with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious, sincere customer service to guests and visitors.
• Handle check-in, check-out, and cash handling.
• Read and respond to hotel email; take reservations in person and by phone.
• Post charges and process payments; coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Provide Concierge services and local recommendations; maintain knowledge of rates and hotel amenities.
• Follow all hotel procedures and safety guidelines; resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas and be available for irregular hours.
