You will respond to guest inquiries professionally and ensure accuracy in nightly close procedures. The role requires clean balance records, attention to detail, and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Strong computer, cash handling and front desk skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on hotel cash and credit operations for outlets and front desk.
• Balance and close bank ticket codes daily and run night audit final.
• Greet and check-in guests with accuracy using manual and computerized methods.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide timely information and service.
