Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda to audit, balance, and report across hotel departments. You will respond professionally to guests, handle reservations inquiries, and ensure adherence to hotel policies while maintaining accurate nightly financials.

The role involves night-time front desk duties, balance procedures, and guest service, with a focus on precision, courtesy, and efficiency in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Accounting background preferred, but not required.
• Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report cash and credit operations for outlets and front desk to ensure accuracy.
• Post and report on front desk charges and deposits to ensure proper cash handling.
• Prepare room information and daily statistics for reports.
• Balance and close bank ticket codes daily.
• Run the night audit final after revenues are in balance.
• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures using manual and computer methods.
• Assist guest check-out and close accounts to prepare rooms for the next Sell.
• Maintain customer relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
