• Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on all hotel areas to provide accurate, timely information and ensure policies are followed.
• Respond professionally to arriving, departing and in-house guests with accurate information and services.
• Respond to reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
