Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent for the Iron Blosam Lodge. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, answer calls, and provide information about the resort with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing payments, managing guest requests, and supporting Concierge services while maintaining privacy and security standards. Year-round part-time hours apply, with Sunday and Monday night coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel receptionist job experience is a plus.
• Great listening, speaking, presentation, and up-sell skills.
• Multitasking is a must.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 21 years of age.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out professionally and friendly.
• Communicate discount and up-sell strategies.
• Accommodate VIP arrivals with hospitality and professionalism.
• Book lodging reservations using occupancy knowledge and answer calls.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve complaints.
• Verify guest payments and process credit cards.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist with restaurant and spa reservations and resort knowledge.
• Support guest services (Concierge) when needed.
• Update guest details at check-in (phone, email).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
