Deer Valley Resort is hiring a Night Auditor to support The Lodges front desk with administrative tasks during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities include nightly reconciliation, processing guest accounts, and assisting guests with check-in/out and after-hours calls across Deer Valley Lodging properties. The role requires flexibility for overnight and day shifts and offers various staff perks and housing options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of Deer Valley Lodging properties and Park City area preferred.
• General understanding of computers and computer operating systems.
• Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles to transport guests.
• Required to work a mix of overnight and day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Nightly reconciliation of previous day's business.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure.
• Check guests in and out and assist with any requests.
• Assist with General Store operations.
• Answer and assist with guest calls after hours from other Deer Valley Lodging properties.
• Assist with fire alarms and other emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
