Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking an Overnight Guest Reception Agent to oversee nightly operations and guest services during the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. This role blends front desk responsibilities with end-of-day accounting tasks, acting as the Manager on Duty when required.

You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, monitor safety, and ensure accurate daily revenue reporting. A boutique/luxury property background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred in boutique or luxury properties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overnight point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming presence.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally and promptly.
• Offer concierge-like after-hours assistance aligned with guest care.
• Monitor public areas for cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
