Marriott Chicago Midway is seeking a Night Auditor to provide guest service and ensure accuracy of nightly financial records. You serve as the overnight hotel representative, managing front desk operations and end-of-day processes.

You will balance room, food & beverage, and other revenues; process transactions; generate daily reports; and coordinate with departments to resolve issues while maintaining safety and Marriott standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service, front desk, hospitality, or cash handling experience.
• Strong math and accounting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Balance and reconcile room revenue, food and beverage revenue, parking revenue, and all other hotel transactions.
• Review guest accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Process and reconcile credit card transactions, cash receipts, and direct billing charges.
• Generate and distribute daily operational, occupancy, and financial reports.
