AC Hotel Chicago Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and deliver prompt, courteous service. Join Marcus Hotels & Resorts and help uphold stylish, seamless hospitality on a fast-paced overnight team.

You will audit daily revenue, handle reservations and inquiries, and ensure accurate financial records while maintaining composure under pressure. The role offers room discounts, health benefits after 30 days, and career growth within Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in guest/customer service, hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and problem solving.
• English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with hotel computer systems.
• Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
• Manage reservations, inquiries, and complaints in hotel systems.
• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing Micros tapes/journals.
• Run front office audits and balance revenue and cash.
• Maintain cash handling and fix system issues during shifts.
• Support hotel operations with various administrative duties.
