Job summary

Hyatt Studios in Mechanicsburg, PA, is looking for Night Auditors (full-time and part-time) to join the team. The role covers 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend availability, offering dental and vision insurance.

Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.prior front desk experience and preference for Hilton/Marriott familiarity are valued, with Fosse experience a huge plus.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience required.
• Experience with Hilton and/or Marriott preferred.
• Fosse experience is a huge plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Verify all account postings and guest billing for the day and make adjustments as needed.
• Run the night audit process on the PMS and prepare night audit packet.
• Balance and transmit credit card transactions.
• Print and organize reports for the following day.
• Enter daily reports into the system.
• Complete the Night Audit shift checklist and the Guest Service Agent shift checklist.
