Job summary

Hyatt Studios in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking Night Auditors for full- and part-time roles. Shifts run 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with weekend availability. Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits such as dental and vision insurance.

Ideal candidates have prior front desk experience; Hilton and/or Marriott exposure is preferred, and experience with Fosse is a plus. Flexible scheduling including holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front desk setting.
• Previous Hilton and/or Marriott experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Fosse is a huge plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Verify all account postings and guest billing for the day and make adjustments as needed
• Run the night audit process on the PMS and prepare night audit packet
• Balance and transmit credit card transactions
• Print and organize reports for the following day
• Enter daily reports into the system
• Complete the Night Audit shift checklist and the Guest Service Agent shift checklist
