Responsibilities

• Register guests, provide hotel information, and assist with local area details.
• Handle late-night guest inquiries and resolve issues to WOW guests.
• Maintain accuracy in posting, charges, and cash handling.
• Generate and distribute daily reports and follow night audit procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
