Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Night Audit team member for our Mississippi properties. You will perform close of day procedures for Guest Services, auditing cash and room revenue, posting transactions and generating nightly reports.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months in a related role. Hospitality or accounting experience is a bonus; strong computer and cash handling skills are essential to ensure accurate balances and customer service excellence.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Six to twelve months of related experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience with hotel accounting or front desk services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations.
• Reconcile cashier’s reports with the restaurant system each night.
• Maintain and post a daily balance of all house accounts and run reconciliations.
• Audit, balance and report on the front desk charges, deposits and taxes.
• Prepare room information, daily statistics and income journals for reports.
• Balance and close bank ticket codes, run night audit final and transmit batches.
• Serve as hotel system liaison during night hours and assist Guest Services as needed.
