Hotel Legends - Watermark Biloxi is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations. The role audits daily transactions, balances cash, and prepares daily reports while ensuring accurate guest accounts and a warm night-time guest experience.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, handling guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and maintaining security and smooth night-time operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role required.
• Experience with PMS and basic financial reconciliation preferred.
• Cash handling, auditing, and reporting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service during overnight hours.

Responsabilidades

• Night Audit and Financial Reconciliation: Review daily transactions in PMS, balance cash drawer, and prepare reports.
• Guest Check-in and Check-out: Handle late check-ins/outs and provide folios and hotel information.
• Guest Service and Communication: Respond to inquiries and coordinate with other departments.
• Security and Safety: Monitor security, perform walk-throughs, and follow emergency procedures.
• Administrative and Reporting Duties: Prepare management reports and track occupancy.
• Additional Duties: Assist with light housekeeping and support night team as needed.
