The Markham Hotel in Biloxi, MS seeks a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations. You will audit the day’s transactions, balance guest accounts, and prepare nightly reports to ensure financial integrity.

You will greet guests during late hours, handle check-ins/outs, provide information on amenities, and resolve issues while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed. This role requires detail orientation and strong service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with PMS and basic financial reconciliation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Night Audit and Financial Reconciliation: balance daily transactions, post charges, verify cash, and prepare reports.
• Guest Check-in and Check-out: warmly greet, process late check-ins/outs, and provide folios.
• Guest Service and Communication: respond to inquiries and coordinate with departments.
• Security and Safety: monitor security, perform walk-throughs, follow emergency procedures.
• Administrative and Reporting Duties: prepare management reports and review next day occupancy.
• Additional Duties: assist with light housekeeping and train night staff as needed.
