Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Night Auditor for a part-time, overnight schedule. Friday through Monday, 11 PM to 7 AM, you will balance the nightly ledger and assist guests at check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations.

You will handle end-of-day postings, post room rates and taxes, manage cash drops, monitor security, and coordinate with Front Desk to prepare for morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger and post daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Average sum of revenues from all accounts receivable (food, room, other).
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/out, bookings, guest issue resolution.
• Make cash drops following proper cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk for the morning shift.
• Monitor security cameras and lobby environment.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
