• Responding to Guests' needs and complaints.
• Answering the phone and making reservations.
• Summarizing each night’s operations.
• Performing duties on a daily checklist.
• Knows all emergency procedures.
• Acting as the Manager on Duty when needed.
• Complete knowledge of hotel policies.
• Washing, drying, and folding laundry.
• Setting up, cooking, and cleaning for breakfast.
