Job summary
Spearfish Canyon Lodge in Lead, SD is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to cover 11pm–7am and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
In this full-time role, you will handle guest inquiries about lodging, rentals, and dining at Latchstring Restaurant, while maintaining front desk areas and ensuring guest confidentiality and safety.
Weekly schedule includes weekend and holiday shifts with a monthly bonus structure and opportunities for signing bonus based on performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience preferred (1 year).
Responsibilities
- Providing the best customer service possible! You are the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and it is essential that this experience is a positive one
- Answering inquiries regarding our location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant
- Answering all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner
- Maintain a friendly, inviting, and approachable demeanor.
- Must be reliable, organized, and detail orientated
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests
- Willing to learn our systems for lodging and rentals
- Maintains cleanliness of Front Desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
