Innisfree Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor for Beachside Resort PCB to ensure accurate Front Office accounting and generate daily financial summaries. The role involves posting room charges, taxes, and guest payments, maintaining occupancy and revenue records, and preparing end-of-day reports.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and proficiency with reservation and POS systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
• Ability to work with computers and good knowledge of operating software.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (as applicable by property).
• Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Check Front Office accounting records daily for accuracy and summarize information for financial records.
• Track room revenue, occupancy, and other Front Office statistics.
• Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts and process guest payments.
• Verify postings and maintain accurate guest account details.
• Print and file reservations for the next business day.
• Operate and update PMS end-of-day processes and perform wake-up calls as needed.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs and help with reservations as required.
