As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, you will:

• Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.
• Enjoy solving problems, am comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

Rate of Pay:

* For applicants working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $18.00 per hour for the Guest Service Agent Shift to $19.00 per hour when working the Night Auditor Shift. The hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience in the field, required industry experience, education, etc.

Fundamentals: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write, and speak fluently. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement; occasionally, you must lift or move up to 20 pounds.
