Responsibilities

• Analyze the day’s operating results and perform daily duties.
• Conduct the Night Audit in accordance with Fine Hospitality standards.
• Balance and audit for accuracy; transmit credit card batches; generate daily reports.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
• Train front desk personnel on the Property Management System and front desk procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
