Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and balance entries; investigate discrepancies.
• Create daily deposits and ensure correct starting cash at front desk.
• Update reservations system for check-ins/outs.
• Provide administrative, reception and program support to management and staff.
• Manage phone activity and provide information to callers.
• Act as front desk attendant during night hours; address guest requests.
• Maintain safety and report issues to the manager.
• Monitor and respond to guest concerns and safety issues.
