Job summary

My Place Hotel-Independence MO is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the on-site overnight point of contact for guests. You will handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and accurately record charges for rooms, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees.

You will assist guests with questions, provide local area recommendations, and complete the Night Audit Checklist while maintaining logs and keeping the front desk area tidy. A dependable, organized communicator is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and record charges for rooms, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees.
• Guest Assistance: answer questions and handle concerns with knowledge of hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
• Night Audit & Paperwork: complete Night Audit Checklist, manage cash and call logs, and maintain front desk paperwork.
• Cleaning & Laundry: perform cleaning tasks, including laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and keeping areas tidy.
• Safety & Security: follow safety protocols, inspect the property, ensure exterior doors are secure.
• Learning & Growth: take on additional responsibilities and be on call as needed.
