Job summary

My Place Hotel – Jamestown, ND is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our overnight team. You’ll be the face of the hotel during the night shift, delivering friendly service and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly as guests arrive and depart.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service during overnight hours.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs while accurately processing reservations and payments.
• Perform the nightly audit and balance the day's financial transactions.
• Answer phones, assist guests, and respond to questions or concerns with professionalism.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate front desk records and logs.
• Promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program.
• Conduct routine security walks throughout the hotel, checking entrances, stairwells, hallways, lighting, and the parking lot.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming hotel by completing light cleaning, laundry, stocking supplies, making coffee, and tidying common areas.
• Assist guests with additional amenities such as towels, toiletries, cribs, or other requested items.
• Report maintenance, safety, or guest service concerns to management.
