Job summary

Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa in Astoria, Oregon, seeks a Night Auditor to join our boutique team. This part-time overnight role runs Thursday through Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, about 24 hours weekly, at $18.00–$19.00 per hour (DOE).

You'll balance nightly financials, assist guests with late check-ins or early departures, and ensure a smooth morning hand-off. Prior front desk or night audit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or college coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.
• Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance financial reports and audit tasks with accuracy.
• Assist guests with late check-ins or early departures.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports.
• Post room charges and payments; resolve billing issues.
• Maintain a safe, secure overnight environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless service.
